Partnered with Upwork to bring its **Work Without Limits** vision to life at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, serving as the hands-on producer across the full experience. I managed the client relationship, coordinated internal and external teams, and directly oversaw production of the event graphics, floor-to-ceiling digital content, printed materials, livestream, and on-site execution. The event combined a live panel, social gathering, motion-led environmental graphics, branded wayfinding, and premium print collateral into one cohesive experience. I also worked closely with the technical team to manage livestream delivery and track sign-ups, email conversions, and audience engagement in real time.
