New Workflows
Worked with Beautycounter’s fast-paced creative department to produce in-house film and photography for core product campaigns including **Countertime** and **Countercontrol**. Alongside day-to-day production, I rebuilt the video team’s workflow in Wrike, creating scalable timelines and project structures to better manage shoots, overlapping launches, and legal, executive, and CEO approval cycles.
