SENIOR INTEGRATED PRODUCTION

LAUNCHING ARCADIA + OPEN YOUR SNAPCHAT CAMPAIGN + SNAP SHACK AT ADWEEK

I worked as a contractor for Snapchat for approximately 5 months to be the lead producer overseeing all elements of these four launches at AdWeek in NYC at Hudson Yards. I had the pleasure to work with 4 different departments at Snapchat along with 3 outside agencies. I lead all timelines, calls, and organization while also reporting updates and reviews with the CMO.

ARCADIA LAUNCH + SPEECH LIVE STREAM

The first element of this launch was for Arcadia, Snapchat's brand-new custom creative agency. Arcadia was created to allow large brands to use Snapchat's best creative minds to make the most incredible and cutting-edge experiences. This launch focused on two executives delivering a keynote speech and presentation during AdWeek. This speech was live streamed to everyone who signed up. Which means. we had a large push to get others to sign up for the live stream through AdWeek and track those views.

 

Deliverables included: teaser video production, speech copywriting, speech live stream, presentation design, banner ads, AdWeek technician production coordination, and PR emails. Although things were very last minute due to tweaks in the teaser up to the morning before the speech, the team executed everything perfectly and the speech went flawlessly.

SNAP SHACK

The second element of this launch was a brand partnership between Shake Shack & Snapchat to drive buzz for the brand. The end result was Snap Shack, turning the burger joint at Hudson Yards into a full virtual reality experience. 

 

Deliverables included: custom Snap lenses, live video footage of the event, and custom illustrations and marketing taglines that needed to be routed for approvals.

OPEN YOUR SNAPCHAT - LARGE MEDIA BUY

This third element was the largest one, the OOH media buy and experiences surrounding Hudson Yards to promote their global marketing initiative. The team created clever copy and custom lenses to drive consumers into Hudson Yards and allowed them to play with the AR lenses. We also created an interactive bus experience fully wrapped with flowers on the top of the bus that were created by hand. This bus drove around Hudson Yards promoting Snapchat.

 

Deliverables included: PR emails, custom Snapchat lenses, digital OOH media buy surrounding and inside Hudson Yards, print media buy in the Manhattan area, bus wrap with handmade flowers on top for an experiential element.

INFLUENCERS

The final element was the influencer push. We vetted and worked with multiple influencers who attended the event in order to gain more traction in the Snap Shack experience.
