At Beautycounter I worked as a freelance project manager in their fast-paced creative department. Here I worked on creative for products such as Countercontrol and Countertime managing the timelines, proofing, copywriting, graphic design and social content creation. 
They also needed a new workflow for their video department using the Wrike project management tool. In order to create a new workflow, I met with the creative director, editors and producers in order to see what their process was in order to make the new creative process seamless. The main issue was the approval process before publishing for product launches. The timeline template was set up in Wrike so other project managers in the company could replicate the set-up. In the end, the video department had more collaboration and more time for approvals. Also, the other project managers in the company were able to replicate this process for future campaigns.
